6 hours worth of Charades

We arranged a small despedida at my parents house (up in the mountains) for one of my officemates, Rodrigo.
Rodrigo with his oh so "John Lloyd" smile
We had a half bottle of Jack Daniels and a whole bottle of Absolut Kurant. I wanted to play Ping Pong Pang. A drinking game me and my Fab 5 group are so fond of playing. (I'll tell you about the Fab 5 later). But the guests were persistent in playing charades. And so we did.... for like 6 hours straight! Below is a perfect example of what went down two nights ago. It was girls vs. boys. Obviously, we had it in the bag.

Rodrigo and his Fiancee May
Thea showing them how its done
Ana being challenged by Rodrigo

Jun, Lindy and Rodrigo trying to figure out what just happened

We were stuck with one category the whole night... movies. English movies. So if you're planning to play charades with your friends and the category is movies... Here are some challenging movies:
1. Nim's Island aka I-LUPA, I-SOIL, I-TILE
2. Ferngully aka FLY FLY FLY
3. Lorenzo's Oil
4. 3:14 To Yuma
5. Snow White aka CINDERELLA
6. Jumanji aka YOUMANTI

Come one, come all

I just erased my Facebook account for the following reasons:
1. Someone is cyberstalking me
2. It's a good source of gossip
3. I've noticed how people would rather talk about stuff via their walls than in person. (loss of human contact)

Although I'm going to miss my ranting/raving randomly about anything under the sun in my status and playing Nightclub City, I have my back-up plan - Twitter + Blog.

So here I am.

As you may have noticed, my blog blog handle is "sisathinks."

Sisa is a character from a book entitled, Noli Me Tangere by Jose Rizal (yes, the Philippine's oh so national hero). Basically, she's a mother scorned by society of a crime she didn't commit and in the process lost her two sons - one to death and the other one to the woods (he joined the insurgents).  In the Philippine setting, when some mentions the word Sisa, it automatically means the following: crazy, senseless, irrational, wild, cracked, ridiculous, and the list goes on.

Prepare yourself for I'm a rambler and overthinker. I barely edit my thoughts when I translate them to words.
